Terms of service

These terms govern use of Chauflo, including its mobile applications, website and API, provided by Alpha Groups of Companies LLC.

1. Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use Chauflo only for a business you are authorised to represent. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. The service

Chauflo helps authorised users receive, organise and review chauffeur orders, customers, pricing and notifications. Chauflo is operational software and does not itself provide chauffeur transportation.

3. Booking responsibilities

Each chauffeur business remains responsible for accepting, pricing, fulfilling, changing and cancelling its transport services; verifying journey details; communicating with passengers; and complying with licensing, insurance, tax, consumer and transport laws.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the API, access another tenant without authority, interfere with the service, introduce malicious software, scrape or reverse engineer protected parts of Chauflo, or use it for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

5. Data and permissions

You retain responsibility for booking and customer information submitted by you or your connected systems. You grant us permission to process that information as required to provide and secure Chauflo.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Chauflo reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may improve, replace or discontinue features and may perform maintenance when required.

7. Intellectual property

Chauflo, its software, design and documentation are owned by Alpha Groups of Companies LLC or its licensors. These terms grant a limited, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is authorised.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chauflo is provided without implied warranties and Alpha Groups is not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses, lost profits, passenger claims or transport failures. Any total liability is limited to fees paid for Chauflo during the preceding twelve months.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for security risk, non-payment, material breach or unlawful use. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any separate commercial agreement.

10. Governing terms and contact
