This policy explains how Alpha Groups of Companies LLC (“Alpha Groups”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use Chauflo, its mobile applications, website and API.

1. Information we collect

We may process account information such as your name, business name, email address, role and authentication records; chauffeur booking information such as passenger contact details, journey addresses, pickup times, flight information, vehicle requirements, pricing and notes; device information such as push-notification tokens; and service diagnostics such as crash, performance and security logs.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide tenant accounts, receive and display bookings, send order notifications, maintain customer history, secure the service, diagnose technical problems, answer support requests and meet legal obligations.

3. Tenant separation

Chauflo is a multi-tenant service. A chauffeur business user is authorised only for that business’s tenant. Platform-owner access is reserved for operating and supporting the Chauflo network.

4. Service providers

We may use infrastructure, database, analytics, crash-reporting, notification and email providers to operate Chauflo. They process information under appropriate contractual and security controls.

5. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as it is required to provide the service, meet contractual or legal duties and resolve disputes. We use access controls, encrypted transport, tenant-scoped authorisation and operational monitoring to protect the service.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information. A chauffeur passenger should normally contact the chauffeur company that collected the booking first.

7. International processing

Chauflo may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
